We always try to do parties in light and scattered rain, but on occasion if it is going to rain all day, we would unfortunately have to reschedule to another date or give a refund. We always give FULL REFUNDS as long as you cancel the day before your event!

Most injuries occur with mixed ages in the bounce houses. A basic rule of the thumb - Big Kids with Big Kids and Little Kids with Little Kids. Never let a child near the blower or the outlet. Allowing the inflatables to deflate with kids inside is dangerous. An adult should be watching the unit at ALL times when kids are using it.

A BOUNCE HOUSE is simple and has a large bouncing area. A COMBO bounce house is one that has a slide and stairs to climb! Some have a basketball hoop and sometimes they even have obstacles inside!

Our warehouse is in West Springfield, MA, but only open on delivery days. There is no show room or office. We deliver to several towns in the Greater Springfield, MA area. In about a 15-20 mile radius. Agawam, West Springfield, Westfield, Southwick, Feeding Hills, Holyoke, Chicopee, Springfield, Wilbraham, East Longmeadow, Longmeadow, Hampden, Ludlow, South Hadley and everything in between!

If you are hosting the party, you first need an adult volunteer to watch the bounce house at all times. Secondly, you will need an electric supply or simple wall outlet within 100 feet of the location. Third, you can not have any large hills, as these are very heavy units and our guys can't push them up/down a hill. Lastly, if you have a water slide, you will need to provide your own hose.
